- 2 parts Wild Turkey Bourbon
- ¾ oz. simple syrup
- ¾ oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 3 dashes of Angostura bitters
Add first four ingredients to shaker and shake without ice to emulsify. Then add ice and shake again. Strain into coupe glass and top off with dash of bitters.
